What's Your Motivation?

If you're having a hard time making necessary changes towards embracing a healthy lifestyle, you are not alone. It's not easy to turn off the TV, not eat that slice of pizza, or say no to dessert. So you want to make a change but you don't know where to start. Start with what motivates you. Are you a parent? Use your children as your motivation! They need you to be at the top of your game and you need LOTS of energy to keep up with them. And there you have it...your motivation to be HEALTHY. If you won't do it for yourself, do it for your kids.

There are one thousand excuses not to work out, but make your children your one excuse to work out. And you don't have to leave your kids behind.
